Free drop-in workshops in Twerton and Radstock

Little Lost Robot Studio are running free, drop-in workshops in Twerton and Radstock, produced in partnership with Creativity Works, Bath Spa University, Bath and North East Somerset Council and West of England Combined Authority.

All workshops are drop-in and no booking is required.

Scrap to Sculpture: Make and Mend

Includes free refreshments and toys for pre-schoolers.

Robot Your High Street

Easy to access digital design, creative coding, animation and more for young people.

Art Lunch

Free After School Activities

Open until 5pm Tuesday – Friday (closed Mondays)
Get involved with arts, making, digital art, textiles and other creative activities. All interests and abilities welcome. Free drinks and refreshments available.

Creative Welding and Metalwork
107 High Street, Twerton, BA2 1DB
Thursday 1 and 8 December, 2022
12:30 – 5pm
Learn basic, creative metalworking techniques and try out welding with Women Teaching Fabrication and make artwork for Twerton High Street.

About the workshops

Sessions are relaxed, fun and accessible with the aim of building confidence with interesting skills training and trying out a variety of techniques and materials. Tools and materials are provided.

These activities offer time, space and resources to try out, learn and develop creativity in the heart of your community. Plus routes into learning more and developing further a sense of community and place within your neighbourhood.

We offer direct routes into further training, volunteering and employment including Artists as Leaders training, residencies and freelance opportunities as well as short courses, for anyone who wants to continue.

We would love you to join us if you live in Bath and North East Somerset, especially if you identify as:

  • A member of the GRT, Black & Asian & minoritised community (any age)
  • A woman (any age)
  • A disabled person or have a long-term health condition(s) (any age)
  • Are a lone parent or carers (any age)

Designed by and for creatives who identify as Gypsy, Romany or Traveller (GRT), Women and / or disabled people.
